Coding is no longer the bottleneck; context and alignment are. In this 60-minute session, we'll show the AI-first SDLC we've adopted across our own engineering teams and client projects. It rests on three pillars: durable project context, living specifications as the single source of truth, and chained agentic loops that implement and review against those specifications. We’ll cover how the model works, how to bootstrap it in an existing codebase, and what we learned from putting it into practice.

Solution Architect, Tecknoworks
Solution Architect working with clients across manufacturing, mining, insurance, and finance to design and deliver applied AI and software solutions. I translate business goals, operating realities, user needs, and technical constraints into scalable architectures - whether building new capabilities, modernizing legacy platforms, or integrating with established enterprise environments. I lead the end-to-end architecture process, from solution design and technology selection through implementation oversight, with a focus on security, production readiness, and long-term maintainability. I lead the adoption of AI-driven SDLC practices both internally and with clients - through workshops, training, and hands-on enablement - to embed AI-native engineering ways of working beyond individual engagements.
